Riempire con il composto il peperone, che, intanto, avrete tagliato a metà e lavato. Metterli in una teglia con carta da forno, e cuocere per circa 20/25 minuti a 200° a forno preriscaldato.
Io non ho proprio aggiunto olio, però forse per farli gratinare un pò sarebbe necessario un goccio d'olio.
